Paper Presentation On Diamond Search

Summary: The video coding, motion estimation, block changes to a key role in video compression. There are a couple of algorithms to stop the same motion estimation and motion compensation. In this work, a diamond three-step search algorithm is proposed. The performance of this algorithm over other algorithms using the error indicators and a number of areas of research. This algorithm achieve performance close to the TSS. It uses less number of points to search for TSS. When compared with the original DS algorithm, this algorithm requires less computation time and provide better performance.Key Words Block based motion estimation algorithm to block the search criteria, Diamond Search.
