Summary: A new method of image processing and pattern recognition with discrete Fourier transforms global pulse signal pulse neural network output (PCNN) are presented in this paper.The PCNN is a framework for change that removes the detail "irrelevant" and improve the overall image quality. You can also make a significant loss mitigation model and the shape of the image information.We mathematical model to describe the PCNN and an original analysis of the impulse system to achieve superior image quality, scale and translation independent recognition of isolated objects.
